OREDRS & SHIPPING
ORDER PROCESSING
All our products ship directly from our warehouse. Orders placed before 11 AM Central Time will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Our warehouse operates from 8 AM - 4 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Orders are immediately marked for processing. Please review all details before finalizing your purchase.
PRE-ORDERS
We occasionally offer pre-orders for upcoming items. The estimated shipping time is displayed on the product page. Orders containing pre-ordered items will ship once all items are available. We cannot split-ship orders due to system limitations.
ORDER TRACKING
After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
SHIPPING IN THE U.S.
We offer free standard ground shipping (via USPS) Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days.
Expedited U.S. shipping via UPS is available at checkout, with fees based on weight and destination. Orders placed by 11 AM Central Time ship the same business day; others ship the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We're thrilled to offer international shipping through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or BorderGuru. All shipping and import fees, including customs duties, taxes, and other charges, are calculated at checkout. Depending on where you are, your goodies will reach you in about 3 to 12 business days.
Currently, we only ship to:
- Canada
- The European Union
A few important notes:
- We don't accept returns on international orders.
- We're not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses, or if customs refuses your package. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for undeliverable international packages.
LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses will not be re-shipped. Refunds, less shipping costs, will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned package.
INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED

DAMAGED ITEM OR PACKAGE
If your item arrives damaged, save the package and packing materials, and email us at support@lushskinlounge.com immediately for help.
