Returns & Refunds
Refund Policy
Returns:
- You can return full-price items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be new, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Opened items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Email us at support@lushskinlounge.com with your order number and the product(s) you want to return for return instructions.
- Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items:
- All sale items, special discount offers, and purchases made during special sales events (like free shipping, gift with purchase, pop-up events, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Check the promotion details before purchasing.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
- The refund will be applied to your original payment method and will include the cost of the item plus any sales tax.
- It may take 3-7 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your credit card company.
Shipping Fees:
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Free Shipping Orders:
- If your order had free shipping and you return a product for reasons other than it being defective or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs that were waived.
International Orders:
- We do not accept returns on international orders.
- We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses or Customs issues.
- Refunds are not issued for undeliverable international packages.
Return Abuse:
- We monitor return activity and reserve the right to limit returns/refunds.
- We may refuse orders, returns, and refunds at our discretion.
Damaged Items:
- If your items are damaged during shipping, please save the package, packing materials, and the damaged items.
- Email us immediately at support@lushskinlounge.com.
